Shipping policy
Important Information for All Orders
This policy should clearly explain our shipping commitments to you so that your order can be delivered as requested. The information outlined in the bullet points below will help us to provide the best shipping service possible, so please enter this information during check out or send it in an email to support@cleartable.com with reference to your order number at the same time you place your order, or contact us by phone at (562) 755-1425.
- Please state your desired arrival date & time so that we can help confirm that your ship method selection is adequate for your needs.
- Please include contact information, email & phone number for the receiving party.
- If you do not want your shipment left on your door step due to theft concerns, please stipulate “Signature Required”.
- On all orders, Ground or Expedited, we will communicate with you directly if there are stock issues that would prevent us from fulfilling our commitment to deliver your order as requested.
- For the purpose of providing the best, most cost effective service to you we will select from the following shipping service providers, USPS, UPS or FedEx at time of shipment. If you require a specific service provider, please communicate that and we will accommodate your request if possible.
Domestic Shipments
Ground Shipments
Orders are typically shipped within two business days from receipt of order. Our warehouse is located in Downey, California so please refer to the following ground shipping zone chart for estimated delivery lead times (+2 days) across the US.
We provide free economy ground shipping on orders $2500 or more to one location, and free to multiple locations on orders $5000 or more. Ground shipping costs for orders under $2500 will be calculated during check-out.

Expedited Shipments
Orders received before 1:00PM PST Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped same day. Orders received after 1:00PM PST Monday - Friday (excluding holidays) will be shipped the next business day. You can make your expedited shipping selection during check-out. Options and costs will be presented on the check-out page. Be aware that most expedited shipping services deliver by end of business day, so make sure you communicate your desired arrival date & time so we can confirm the requested shipping method is appropriate.
International Shipments
International shipping services and costs vary greatly depending on the country we are shipping to. Please review your options and costs at the time of check-out. In addition to the product cost, Duties and Taxes (Including VAT) associated with the importation of our products to any foreign country are the responsibility of purchaser and vary from country to country. If you have questions regarding this process we are happy to work with you to make sure the documentation associated with your shipment is accurate. Product costs are a matter of public knowledge as they are posted on our website, so these are the costs that will be on any export / import documents an US Dollars.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Please check this tracking information and if you have any concerns regarding your shipment, contact us immediately.
